[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide Drupal website management services
- CMS Updates (including security and core software and modules/plug-ins)
- PHP Upgrade (if necessary), including thorough regression testing and deployment management
- Plug-In Audits (annually)
- Performance and Quality Assurance, including thorough regression testing when major updates are performed, or new features are implemented.
- Project Communication and Planning
- Code repository management with detailed logging of all changes
Monthly support retainer (10 hours) with the ability to roll over unused hours
- Development work will include maintenance of extensive custom Drupal code in both modules and themes to support visual reporting, sales support, user account maintenance and content moderation
- A list of custom models and theming are outlined below:
- Custom module categories include:
- Custom rendering formatters;
- Administration support;
- Content type modifications;
- Intent print support, including Ajax API;
- External system integration;
- Custom report generators;
- Custom layout renderers;
- Search subsystem customization for Solr;
- Custom menu for account management; and
- Custom Views support.
- Custom theme work includes:
- Custom administration theme built on Seven, which shall be upgraded to Claro for Drupal 10;
- Custom user-facing theme based on Classy;
- Extensive templates
- Upgrade to Drupal 10 and Drupal 10.1.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 1, 2023.
