[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide website redesign, development and hosting services using CMS and must be compatible with mobile devices.        
- To redesign our website to include an intuitive, easy-to-use interface that allows residents, visitors and business partners to complete their tasks quickly and easily regardless of the device they are using. The solution should be also be easy to maintain for our administrators and content creators, streamline business operations and increase productivity.             
• Serve the needs of all users by letting them easily find what they are seeking, providing them with access to key services on a 24x7 basis, allowing them to share information, located required services (in our onsite and online modalities) and interact with our staff.
• Promote transparency of our institution by making it easy for us to share and post information, and for our users to find and interact with the information.
• Represent or brand our institution for students, faculty, staff, alumni, accreditors and our larger university community, and showcase our university in a way that highlights why this is a great place to live, study and visit.
• Provide a pleasant and delightful experience to all users by making it easy for them to complete their tasks or find what they want in a straightforward manner.
• Be strategic and nimble, and focus on making our content useful, interactive and engaging. We know that things will change in the future, and we want our site to adapt and remain Relevant

- Research Based Design – We want a site that meets the unique needs of our community, and are not looking for a cookie-cutter or templated solution. Our vendor should employ a strategic research-based and data-driven process to gather input, define expectations and design a consistent, user-friendly navigation framework for the website that meets the needs of all users.
 - Responsive Site – Visitors to our site will utilize a wide variety of devices to access our website, including computers, tablets and mobile smart phones. Our new website should automatically detect the screen resolution of any device and respond with a view of the site that is optimized specifically for that screen
- Robust Hosting Environment – we are seeking a hosted website solution that should include:
• Hosting in agency 16 Type II compliant data centers with redundancies for ISP providers, power and backups.
• Guaranteed uptime of 99.9% backed by a Service Level Agreement (SLA)
• Full disaster recovery to a backup data center with less than 60 minutes site restoration and less than 15 minutes data replication.
 - • Identify optimal CMS platform for ease of use by end users, flexibility, and functionality to make necessary adjustments, ability to have sufficient role-based permissions, and potential integration with SharePoint to offer end user access to files, documents etc. Preference is to transition away from dot CMS framework and consider alternative platforms.

• Site health checks
• Site analytics reporting
• Provide three examples of responsive websites your firm has developed
