[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide imaging system using WordPress content management system and must be compatible with mobile devices.  
- A qualified and creative web designer or digital marketing agency to redesign, develop, and implement a WordPress-based website and help rethink the organization’s branding. This may include a logo redesign, if the contractor has both skill sets.
- In the design phase, the contractor will provide a set of mockups to approve. Copywriting and photo research/acquisition will be assigned to and done by agency. Approved copy and photos/videos will be provided to the contractor ahead of the development phase. We would prefer two rounds of agency on the fully coded site on a staging server before going live.
- Agency is accepting proposals for the design and development of a new website from concept to completion. The current website is mobile responsive and relatively modern, but agency has experienced much change and growth over the past few years and the current website does not fully convey the current work of the organization, particularly given the priorities laid out in the most recent strategic plan.
- Be informative, engaging, modern, responsive, and easily navigable.
- Agency current website was designed/developed in 2019 and can be found here. It is built on the WordPress platform and hosted by the original third-party developer via In Motion Hosting. Contact and donation forms are supported by agency edge.
- Improve user experience, particularly on forms.
- Load quickly, be secure, and eliminate barriers to accessibility.
- Showcase the work and programs outlined in our strategic plan.
- Provide a scalable, maintainable digital solution.
- Meet Google Ad Grant eligibility requirements.
- Boost our search engine rankings.                   
- An executive summary that describes your understanding of the project, agency needs, and your proposed solutions.
- A comprehensive list of deliverables with a projected deadline and line-item cost for each.
- Total project cost to implement your recommendations.
- A description of your company, the key staff who would work on our project, and your approach to the work. Please describe project management tools or processes you use to keep the work on track.
- Three examples of similar projects completed in the last five years, with the project cost and timeline for each.
- Contact information for three past clients who can serve as references.
- Any requirements or preferences regarding invoicing and payment. Please include all terms and conditions.
