[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide website maintenance and enhancement services.
- The successful respondent shall provide the Services described herein in support of website enhancements. The successful respondent shall provide design, development, quality assurance,
and project management support for the agency website.
• Design and Development - The successful respondent shall provide design and development support to enhance the existing agency corporate website, to include the projects listed below. agency shall set the priority of the updates and reserves the right to change or add to the following list of projects. The list of anticipated enhancements will be reviewed on an annual basis.
- Homepage Refresh: Provide a Homepage refresh (not redesign), with a focus on enhancing the banner area of the site and making strategic updates to the site to have a more modern design approach. Includes up to two rounds of design comp review.
- Career Page Template and Enhancement: Create a new custom template for the agency careers page with additional content to increase engagement.
- Smart Energy and Sustainable Energy area: Design a new Smart Energy and Sustainable Energy area of the site. This shall include the creation of a new site template and updates to the website navigational structure.
- Outage Centre Design Enhancement: Create a landing page, entitled Outage Centre (or something similar) to serve as the hub for outage related content. The successful respondent shall add a section in the navigation menu specifically around storm and outage.
- Redesign Newsroom: Create a new template for the newsroom section of the agency site. The article template shall remain as is. The scope shall include a more engaging layout with the option for imagery and a content synopsis, as well as a newsroom filter enhancement.
- Tabbed Content Component: Add a new component that would allow users to see all options and utilize fewer clicks to get to content instead of the dropdown approach when there are limited options.
- Storm Mode Page Icon Image Ability: Add the ability to have custom images for the different storm mode resources.
- Accessibility Implementation: Provide accessibility-related updates prioritized from the findings of the accessibility audit process.
- Enhancement support: During the course of the engagement, agency may request additional enhancement support based on organizational priority.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 3, 2023.
(3) A Pre-bid meeting will be held on September 27, 2023.
