- Consultants are encouraged to be concise with the company background and experience sections and focus on experience preparing website development enhancements and social media platforms.
- Consultant to enhance the structure and content of the agency website and social media platform.
- The website must be visually appealing and have an interactive and responsive design that aligns with agency 's branding and mission.
- Webpage, mobile application and other branded communication tools to be our virtual plate-glass window – an inviting portal for resources, information, and opportunities related to agency 's projects and goals.
- Infographics and timelines to include eye-catching communication of past and future events and real-time updates on current fire events.
- News, blog, and events-a full content management system to operate articles, blog post, and events
- Integration with social media platforms for sharing content and cross-promotion
- The website will integrate with the existing story map and hub site previously built.
- Social media feeds visible, straight on the website
- Develop a social media content strategy to engage and educate the target audience
- Citizens alert system with live messaging with multiple communication tools; website, email, SMS, chat services, and social media.
- Banners- Develop awareness campaign, including copy, design, and production.
