[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide website hosting services using content management system, must be compatible with browser, mobile device, social media.
- Support, and maintain website hosting infrastructure
- Provide, support, and maintain website hosting infrastructure for the production, test and development web environments. Support and maintenance for the infrastructure includes the services required to operate high-traffic and highly secure websites, such as, but not limited to, network administration, systems administration, and 24x7 application monitoring
- Website for public interested in lottery
- Website for public interested in bingo
- Web application for authorized bingo licensees
- Public-Facing Open Access (Production) Websites
- Public-Facing Restricted Access (Production) Website
- Public-Facing (Production) Web Application Site
- Solution shall include a hardware and software technical architecture design document which clearly details all system components, virtual or physical hardware infrastructure, operating system platforms, hosted software application versions/editions, web content management system(s), any distributed website clusters, or Content Delivery Networks (CDNs), and database and integration points.
- 8 MB per second average bandwidth demand with peaks of 3 GB per second.
- Respective test and development web environments for the two public-facing web environments in this section shall support, at a minimum, one-half of the capacity metrics listed for each production environment
- 24x7 Infrastructure, Application and Supporting Services Monitoring
- Incident Management
- Change Management
- Routine Patching and Security Remediation
- Backup Audits and Business Continuity Testing
- Consumption-Based Services
- Event Notifications
- Hotline and Account Liaison.
(2) A pre-proposal Conference will be held on September 25, 2023.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than October 24, 2023.
