[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide website management, development, maintenance and support services.
- Provide a new environment for the website. The new infrastructure will be hosted, supported, maintained and further developed by the successful tenderer.
- The primary hosting environment should be located and any replicated data should remain in the European Union (EU), and adhere to General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) guidelines.
- Over the course of 2023, the Commission’s digital team plan to conduct a fact-finding exercise, to scope future potential/direction of the Commission website with a 5-10 year view, prioritising website appearance, accessibility (conformance to regulations aforementioned and user testing), UX design approach, improved search functionality and availability of website in multiple languages. This work will include a third-party review of existing website, benchmark exercise against similar institutions websites with a public mandate, consideration for trends in digital transformation; audience definition and consultation with stakeholder (internal departments and external users) on expectations and experience.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 21, 2023.
