[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide development and delivery service of new websites using CMS for creation of three new, separate, external facing website websites, to run on the same infrastructure, and that use the same Content Management tool, to modernise its web presence.
- These three websites must be available in both English and Irish. Irish language translation will be handled by the client.
- The client recognises the technological advancements that have occurred in respect of modern responsive design, mobile audiences and general accessibility.
- The client envisions that this competition will afford it the opportunity to align its web presence with these advances, thereby allowing the attainment of higher standards and the depiction of a modern, advanced registry.
- Domain registration and pointing will be handled by the Department.
- The requirement for this Project is to design and develop new websites that aid and assist in content creation and content management for the respective units, including tasks such as:
• Site architecture
• Content management and publishing
• Mobile friendly versions
• Optimised for searching keywords
• Navigable and accessible FAQ section (such as a content-on-demand option)
• Provision of suitable website platform
• Webpage(s) design
• Printer friendly options
• Contact page (webform) for site users to email specific queries.
• Support and maintenance as may be required
•  A link to the relevant Portals
• Site analytics for visitor tracking
• Associated training of appropriate teams within the CRO, the RBO, and the RFS.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 21, 2023.
