(1) Vendor needs to provide comprehensive content management system that enables the creation of accessible, user-friendly, and easily manageable websites.
- websites will serve as a vital communication tool, providing staff, families, and students with timely and relevant information
- vendor must provide 24/7 support with same-day response in support of the project.
- conduct live training, either in-person or online, during the initial implementation of the project for all administrators and the communications department
- platform must automatically add and update "page updated/last revised" information
- platform must allow district administrators to push emergency alert banners to one, all, or a custom list of school sites, including scheduled future publications and scheduled automatic removal of the banner
- platform must provide District Administrators with the ability to simultaneously post content to one, all, or a custom list of school websites
- platform must allow School Administrators to push emergency alert banners to their school site, including scheduled future publications and scheduled automatic removal of the banner.
- platform must support the ability to replicate content across all sites or specified sites
- platform must be usable by all web directors without having extensive knowledge of programming
- platform should possess the capability to publish a searchable database of information
- platform should offer the option to edit a news post from the page or a way to search for news posts, including expired content
- platform should support the ability to roll back to a previous version
