[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide website redesign service using content management system.
- Website shall be built using a high-quality Content Management System that will allow frontend users to update and maintain on a regular basis.
- Content may include stop locations, route paths, demand response service areas, and have the capability to optionally interface with CAD and AVL software to display real-time vehicle location.  - To allow a user to enter trip information and be directed towards the appropriate routes needed to reach the destination.
- The ability to create timetables for display and print for all deviated fixed routes.
- The website shall be capable of sending those alerts to websites, email, social media accounts, or to mobile devices through SMS.
- Website shall implement google translate to easily translate the site across various languages.
- Website shall make use of SEO with all pages and posts optimized for Search engines whenever Possible.
- Website shall have a link and feed of the districts social media accounts.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 15, 2023.
