[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide tourism website wireframe, design and content development services.
1) Sitemap and Wireframe Development:
a) Create a dynamic sitemap and wireframe for the tourism website, showcasing multiple pages and interactions within the website.
b) Develop a clear and intuitive website structure, including navigation menus, search functionality, and content organization.
c) Define the placement and hierarchy of content elements, such as headers, subheadings, text blocks, images, buttons, and navigation menus.
d) Define the necessary functionality of each page, including search filters, interactive maps, image galleries, and any custom features.
e) Final wireframe(s) to be provided in Adobe XD format. Wireframe designs provided in 4 formats: Desktop, Laptop, Tablet, and Mobile.
2) Design Creation:
a) Design an attractive, modern, and visually appealing website layout that aligns with Dufferin County's tourism brand identity.
b) Ensure the website design is responsive and optimized for various devices, including desktops, tablets, and mobile phones.
c) Incorporate appropriate imagery, graphics, and typography to enhance the visual aesthetics and user engagement.
d) Provide design elements for key website components such as headers, footers, buttons, and forms.
3) Content Development:
a) Collaborate with the County's tourism team to create engaging and informative content that highlights the attractions, accommodations, events, and recreational activities available within Dufferin County.
b) Ensure the content is well-structured, search engine optimized, and aligned with best practices for online readability.
c) Assist in organizing and categorizing the content to facilitate easy navigation and user access.
d) Ensure that the content can be easily updated and managed by County staff.
4) Functionality:
a) Enable functionality for AI chatbots and similar automated chat features.
b) Enable functionality for the integration of trip mapping and similar interactive map features.
c) Enable functionality for the integrate social media platforms, such as YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, to promote sharing and engagement.
d) Enable functionality for a user-friendly contact form to enable visitors to make inquiries or request additional information.
e) Enable functionality for future implementation of a calendar system that showcases upcoming events and activities.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 12, 2023.
