[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide web hosting, file storage and maintenance services using WordPress.
- Providing stable and secure webhosting and maintenance of two websites.
- Host two websites utilizing two independent WordPress installations for both professional development program and other program pages and scripts
- Currently stores approximately 1GB of data for WordPress files and file storage for various other files used in courses.
- Currently stores approximately 4GB of data for WordPress files and file storage for various other files used in courses.
- Operating System, WordPress updates, and security patches on the server are the responsibility of the offeror and must be updated and maintained to ensure the security of the web environment and hosted websites
- Scalable bandwidth to meet expected traffic patterns of all websites
- The offeror must submit a plan for migration of the current two WordPress websites and all files without any downtime.
- Provide a detailed explanation of the support options and benefits available under this contract
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 15, 2023.
