[*] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide website redesign project service WordPress website development services using content management system and must be compatible with mobile devices.
a) A WordPress-based website, with a unique theme that matches agency branding and fully compatible with third-party plugins.
b) A finalized sitemap outlining the structure of the completed website.
c) A comprehensive tagging system for all type of content on the site to ensure effective site searching and automatic hub page content population. These custom hub pages are primarily for the current Advocacy site and should display the several most recent bulletins, news articles, press releases, reports, position statements, and resolutions based on their tags.
d) Hub pages that can be created automatically for all content with the same tags from item b).
E) Auto-archiving messages after a certain date or length of time on bulletins and other potentially additional content when needed. Agency requires the ability to customize and override the auto-archiving parameters such as date and message.
f) An updated resolutions database that can be maintained by non-technical personnel.
g) Recommendation for a technology solution for Insurance claims forms which will guide users through the process step by step with implementation plan and associated cost. This experience should also be replicable for use in other areas of Insurance and the website.
h) A built-in online job board section that registered users can submit postings for review. The service provider will be required to implement this solution from WordPress.
i) Launch of the new website via the agency existing web hosting provider. Timing must occur over a weekend or statutory holiday to reduce the impact of down time on users and members when implementing the new site.
j) Migration of all relevant content from the current website to the new website.
k) A staging site with regularly scheduled automatic and on-demand manual publishing features.
l) Documentation for training purposes to ensure agency Marketing and Communications staff are able to manage the site once the project is completed.
