[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide web development and design services using Drupal content management system must be compatible with browsers and mobile device.
- Knowledge of Drupal 8/9+ CMS and developing with Drupal APIs and building custom Drupal modules  
- Experience with relational database software (preferably MySQL)
- Experience developing in responsive frameworks (Bootstrap 5)
- Experience creating and maintaining Codeception automated tests
- Conceptual understanding of content management with enterprise level implementation
- Ability to work collaboratively and develop integrated solutions within the constraints of an existing web environment
- Knowledge of UI best practice for responsive, mobile-friendly applications and platforms
- Conduct user interviews, competitor analysis, and usability and A/B testing
- Perform UX research using quantitative and qualitative methodologies, build journey maps and user personas
- Design and advise on sitemaps, information architecture, navigation, and labelling
- Create effective user experience documentation (user flows, maps, personas, research reports, etc.) to communicate with diverse audience groups.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 14, 2023.
