• World Wide Web Consortium compliant,
• Website must respond and perform well on all browser platforms (Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Firefox, etc.),
• Website must be cyber secure. Descriptive documentation to show proof must be provided,
• Unlimited hosting and storage space,
• Unlimited bandwidth,
• Business continuity/contingency plan to ensure website responsiveness and restoration,
• Backup power to keep website running in the event of a power failure,
• Ability to download documents posted on website,
• Ability to perform outbound hyperlinks to documents, web pages, websites,
• Ability to integrate JPG, MPG, video and live streaming, etc. into website,
• Must be mobile friendly for IOS and Android devices,
• Themes must be changeable without redesign of website (headers and background).
