- Presumptive Eligibility Web Portal software support services: Tier 2 (State Takes First Call), Bronze Level (Business Hours Monday through Friday) support; Qty. 1 Unit
- Software support subscription provides annual web hosting and software support services for the presumptive eligibility website
- Provide functional corrections, performance corrections, telephone support, software updates and upgrades.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 5, 2023.
(3) The contract period will be for one year.
