- Would also send some data points that state whether the customer has been verified as eligible or not.
- Would like a walk-through of how the process would work before the project starts and other times that seem appropriate.
- Workflow diagram and documentation detailing process the customer will follow during verification.
- need to ensure that customer PII data is safeguarded at all times during receipt, processing, file storage.
- Provide documentation on how data is secured during time on vendor site and application.
