[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide website build service using content management system.
- Website build services provide new features for website visitors to streamline their experience through the website, implement a more robust mobile-friendly website, and enhance website security.
- A content management system that offers expected options while providing ease of use for site operators. Site operators should be able to easily navigate adding text, articles, images, video, and menus.
- Mobile-friendly Website: A website that is compatible across all developed and developing technologies, from desktop to mobile phone to tablet, etc., as well as accessible from all major browsers, including but not limited to Chrome, Internet Explorer, Safari, Firefox and Edge.
- Provide an outline and structure the County anticipates that the vendor can and will act as the subject matter expert regarding website operability, design, compliance and available services.  
- Scheduling systems, examples including but not limited to: park facilities reservations, treasurer’s office appointments, health appointments.
 - Options for payments, examples including but not limited to: park user fees, planning and zoning permit fees, health service fees, alarm monitoring fees.
- Hiring application processing o Intranet functions – such as HR document hosting, training programs, etc.
- Robust calendar of events system.
- Online form submission and receipt.
- Home-page formatting to convey news and information to the public, and as necessary, be formatted in a way to share and emphasize emergency information.
- A website that is compatible across all developed and developing technologies, from desktop to mobile phone to tablet, etc.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 22, 2023.
