[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide website rebuild services using Kentico CMS
- Rebuilding its website, as a digital marketing platform that shall integrate with its third-party e-commerce and ticketing solutions and leverage its SSO/iDP provider for a seamless guest authentication experience
- The current iteration uses the Kentico v11 content management system; the new site shall be an entirely new build in Kentico v13 or later to ensure the site leverages the latest available features and minimizes vulnerabilities
- to launch a modern, responsive, visually appealing website that serves as a digital marketing platform, central communication hub, and educational resource, is committed to website accessibility compliance, improved responsiveness for mobile devices and adaptability for changing web technology
- To implement a refreshed website that uses modern web development standards such as
“mobile first” responsive design to deliver an exceptional experience to our online guests.
- To improve site search functionality so that it returns accurate, specific, relevant results
consistently and reliably.
- To upgrade the technical architecture to achieve better site performance, enhance security, and reduce vulnerabilities.
- To establish a governance/access model and comprehensive training approach for site administrators and content authors that provides consistency and transparency and
reduces risk.
- To create a content structure that allows information to be input once, but shared through
multiple channels, including public, internal, and mobile resources.
- To ensure that Kentico’s built-in analytics capabilities are optimized so that data can be
leveraged against Google Analytics for internal reporting needs.
- To develop the site such that it will comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations, including but not limited to, cookie consent notices, privacy policies and data storage disclosures, trademark and copyright law, terms of service, disclaimers, e-commerce.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 8, 2023.
