(1) Vendor needs to provide web site design service for continuing education and hotel websites Using WordPress Drupal content management system and must be compatible with mobile devices, browser and social media.    
- Satisfied with the site's current content, but after years of additions and modifications, it needs to be overhauled, streamlined, and updated. Additionally, we face an increased need to be more consumer-centric, recognizing the needs of prospective customers. Our main goal is for a fresh, engaging, mobile-friendly design.
• Created in WordPress CMS
• Use Premium theme or Premium Page Builder, with the ability for the administrator to modify templates
• Mobile-friendly and responsive
• Story-narrative driven
• Scalable and able to handle the addition of new pages and sections via a CMS
• Easy to navigate and use; most likely, we will request navigation through drop-down menus
• Visually appealing and professional in appearance (photos and some video will be a big part of this site), with images and video being prominent across the sites. Photographic and videography work will not be required of the vendor.
• Use of icons/graphics to reduce the amount of text on the sites
• Quick to load and operate (i.e., obtain a passing evaluation in Google Page Speed Insights Core Web Vitals Assessment).
• Adhere to agency Level AA criteria
• Adhere to agency brand guidelines as established
• Deliver a consistent image on all major browsers
• SEO-centric design
• Custom searches with filters with keyword search terms for certain sections/divisions

• Allow for easily embedded content, such as native video and YouTube videos, photos, picture carousels, and social media posts that display nicely on desktop or mobile/tablets.
• Use the required plug-ins to achieve the desired functionalities (Advanced Custom Field Pro, Ajax Search Pro, Embed Pus YouTube WordPress Pro, FileBird Pro, Juicer, WP Teams Pro, Forminator Pro, Yoast SEO Premium, WP Forms) as well as maintaining the possibility of adding additional plug-ins for later developments.
• Must have easy access to add Google tags without detriment to load time
• Have the ability to create custom permalinks and custom searches with filters with keyword search terms for certain sections
• The portal should provide an overarching umbrella to house all other websites connected to the state Centre. It should include top news and visuals from each of the other websites, as well as relevant information about employment, staff, and the history of the state Centre.
• All websites should preserve a standard header and footer (including top-level navigation menu), with a secondary, site-specific navigation menu within each site.
• The hotel landing page should incorporate a booking widget to allow for direct booking of rooms.
• The conferences landing page should incorporate a booking widget to allow for the submittal of for conferences.
