[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide website re-design services using WordPress CMS.
- The website will be designed for compatibility with WordPress updates and vendor recommended plugins over time. It will provide a flexible framework for future growth including artificial intelligence integration, and website personalization leveraging AI technologies,
• Creation of 20+ templates for use on the public website and faculty & staff portal that will match the design aesthetic provided by the vendor. Templates will use consistent, modular design and global elements which allow content such as tuition pricing to be created once, with instances updated when the global element is changed.
• Migrate content to the top 15 pages of the public website.
• Develop global elements to update content in multiple locations.
• Vendor will create navigation system to facilitate the creation of first and second-level pages.
• The vendor will provide the College with all design elements including fonts, images, and Photoshop files.
• Create design elements to apply to Ocean Connect, Dynamic Forms, and EventBright
• Redesign the Center website in a unique but branded design and using site plugins and modular design that is consistent with the ocean.edu site.
• Heighten the presence of the Planetarium section on the website. Provide post-launch
support (e.g. sanity checks), and SEO integrity for a period of 1 year with optional 2 years,    
(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 14, 2023.
