(1) Vendor needs to provide program branding, marketing and website creation service.
- Development of program Brand that is co-designed with youth input
- Development of a program marketing campaign that includes ongoing management of social media accounts for this program, including, but not limited to Instagram, Snapchat, Discord, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube
- Development must be in either Drupal or WordPress
- Constant and consistent messaging across all platforms while promoting the campaign and modifying the material to maximize the impact of each channel
- Marketing materials that will inform youth and adults both to those submitting tips and those who may be tip responders. This should include posts, stories, and micro videos the AGO can use and adapt for future use
- Best Practices for Government social media Pages
- A digital marketing campaign that includes paid social ads
- Tracking metrics to understand the reach and impact of the messaging with youth and adult audiences from a wide geographic reach that represents residents statewide.
(2) A pre-bid conference will be held on September 13, 2023.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than September 29, 2023.
