[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide recruitment website, marketing and rebranding services.
• Identify what makes, as an employer, distinct and appealing and develop effective marketing strategies for promoting such ideals.
• Create a defined message that will market the locally, statewide, and nationally as a great place to live, work, and play.
• Create marketing content including development of a visual identity and tagline for instant recognition; this will be aimed initially at employee recruitment, but with potential for use on a broader City-wide scale.
• Create and design job flyer templates for each City department that will be used for recruiting.
• Develop effective marketing strategies to drive potential applicants to the City’s website and create interest in employment consideration.
• Provide recommendations on redesigning/enhancing the Personnel/Risk Management webpage (internet and intranet) to be user-friendly, easy-to manage, visually appealing, accessible, functional, and provide valuable information as part of the overall marketing strategy; website content to be
included.
• Design and produce several short videos to be used for employee recruitment and employee orientation/information purposes, but with potential for wider use across City departments.
• Create video, photography, advertising, online/social media, and other means for use by the City as part of the guidance on brand strategy and implementation; creation of a photo library for City use to be included.
• Develop strategies for increasing/improving social media presence to attract applicants.
• Develop marketing campaigns (conception, information architecture, creative design, copywriting, graphic design).
• Develop a comprehensive plan and detailed timeline for the rebrand project and associated activities some of which are listed above.
• Implement and launch the plan agreed to for the City’s updated brand and messaging.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 14, 2023.
