[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide sustainability sharepoint migration service.             
- For the implementation of a new Office 365 SharePoint Online environment and migration of network file drives and existing ad hoc SharePoint documents and Team sites to that environment.
- The solution to be procured through this solicitation is a means to fulfill multiple content and document organization needs.
- For example, advanced search capabilities across content and clearly defined information architecture (site collections, site navigation and metadata) to support staff in effectively and efficiently finding information.
- Additionally, a new governance plan with guidelines and policies on the SharePoint environment needs to be established.
- This also includes tailoring the Microsoft Teams functionality. OOS has approximately 50 Teams channels containing data, but many of them are no longer actively used. All of the OOS programs share a network drive containing just over 980GB of data, and some staff also have individual network drives.
- The solution to be procured through this proposal is a means to solve multiple architectural and content management challenges.
- Agency has approximately 40 staff members and is made up of six programs (Administration, Climate Resilience, Climate Protection, Livable Communities, Waste Reduction, and Special Districts) with similar but varying technology needs
- Innovation thrives here in industries including bioscience, computer software, green technology, hospitality, financial management, health care, education and transportation.
- The County prides itself on how that prosperity fosters its commitment to protecting and enhancing the health, safety, welfare and natural resources of the community.
- It is agency desire to leverage Microsoft’s suite of applications to the greatest extent possible. Solutions involving vendor specific applications and 3rd party tools are undesirable.
(2) A pre-bid conference will be held on September 8, 2023.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than September 15, 2023.
