[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide marketing, advertisement and content development management service to build a new website from the ground up.
- Produce creative work and recruiting materials including brochures, pamphlets, presentation banners, digital, and video in tight alignment with the existing approved creative direction of the College. The selected agency will thoroughly understand the brand background, research inputs and campus stakeholder perspectives on creative direction
- Onboard all paid media accounts including all social platforms, Google accounts and others. Pixeling/tagging of key digital properties must be included to ensure true integration across all platforms
- Strategic Media Planning conducted in alignment with the College’s brand and enrollment goals. Strategic media planning is critical in developing a targeted approach to maximize marketing impact.  The vendor will need to begin by analyzing the audience, setting objectives, and selecting the best media mix
- Media buying, trafficking and reconciliations including the management of all vendor invoicing and providing proof of performance
- Analytics and reporting to be provided on a monthly basis. Agency must have modern, efficient analytics offering needs to feature a user-friendly and customizable dashboard that integrates data from various sources. It provides real-time monitoring, customizable reporting, data visualization, conversion tracking, and insights, enabling clients to optimize campaign performance and make data-driven decisions. - Ongoing management of the account to include weekly status meetings, proactive communication and planning, and fiscal management
- Website discovery, UX, design and development in a manner that allows College to cohesively tell the College’s story. This includes incorporation of imagery, video assets and brand-aligned copy
- Development must follow industry best practices, resulting in a high-performing website that achieves the College’s objectives and delivers an exceptional user experience
- Content Management System: The selected vendor will provide recommendations on a content management system, with a focus on developing modular content
- Creatively flexible for custom design
- Source code, widgets, packages, templates, stylesheets, scripts, and objects required to deploy the new website will be fully owned by college upon completion/approval of the project.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 31, 2023.
(3) A mandatory notice of intent will be due on September 8, 2023.
