[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide website analysis and redesign services using content management system.
- To replace the current website with a new, improved website, along with an updated and appropriate CMS.
- To have a website with the technology to support online services; house high-quality videos and other multimedia; integrate social media tools; and host consistent content updates and additions per municipal department.
- The new website will be easier for users to navigate, more efficient for Town staff to manage, and will provide a wide variety of services and options to the residents of the Town for optimal usage experience
- Improve the information architecture to ensure the new website supports easy navigation by residents and other users for a variety of uses relevant to the Town as a local government entity, including access to Town services.
- Improve the tools that support website updates on an ongoing basis, in a user-friendly manner for Town staff (CMS).
- Develop a new website with new and modern look and features, incorporating Town branding.
- Expand the services the Town currently offers to website users.
- Create an easy-to-use newsletter process, with double confirmation for those registering to receive the newsletter.
- Tie in, as possible, with other publicly facing, Town-used software.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 30, 2023.
