- Deliver a fully functional website to project team
- Content migration from existing platform to new CMS
- User testing
- Provide on-site implementation training for staff and IT admins prior to go-live
- Deploy fully functional website to the public
- Post-launch quality control, link-checks, and redirects
- Website/user support
- Maintain system enhancements
