Vendor needs to provide website development, hosting and related services using content management system.
- CMS should facilitate the easy upload of a large variety of approved file types eg. pdf, web optimised images etc
- provide a wide variety of usable modern, customisable templates
- web forms module should allow the creation of basic online forms which can trigger an email notification and allow administrators to export reports of any date collected
- online training material to assist the user in navigating the CMS and in maintaining and editing their website
- A preview page function with varied device display e.g. preview on android, IOS, tablet and PC
- Ability to change publish and expiry dates on pages
- Ability to search CMS for files and pages
- Ability to hide content from public view and from website crawlers
- medium for logging Helpdesk tickets must be by phone and email/web portal
- 24/7 monitoring and reporting of site performance and uptime.
