[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide suicide risk management website, promotional, and technical support service to improve suicide risk assessment and management service delivery for Veterans through the dissemination of evidence-informed suicide prevention strategies.
- website maintenance revisions and metrics reporting (page views, downloads, demographics of user).
- Marketing Campaign will include: Web Development (design, navigation; updates); Creative Development of Brand Identity (logo, graphic design and messaging); Promotional Content Development and Production (videos, infographics); Market Analysis and Plan (social media, web, print, email, direct mail and mobile);
- production of all content and the management of all promotional accounts budgeting and payment.
- provide consultation, design, coding, and website updates, as well as plans for website maintenance.
- Create graphic design for promotional flyers/products as well as website/SharePoint site in base year. Graphic design shall be developed with guidance from MIRECC staff

(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 23, 2023.
