[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide career center rebrand and website redesign services using Drupal content management system include search engine optimization (SEO) best practices to increase both the quality and quantity of website traffic, as well as exposure to content through organic search engine results.
- This project will deliver a new future-focused visual strategy and web presence that elevates the Career Center and reflects best practices in design, content strategy, user experience, usability, accessibility, and technical implementation,
• Evaluate the Career Centre’s current branding and marketing collateral.
• Provide recommendations on a new overall visual identity that better helps articulate the Career Centre’s story.
• Develop concepts for signage to make the Career Center more welcoming.
• Create templates for student guides.
• Develop covers and layout guides for the Career Guide and Employer Handbook (updated and published annually).
• Write boilerplate language for marketing to all stakeholders (students, faculty/staff, employers, family members, alumni, administration/Board of Governors/Board of Trustees).
• Evaluation of our current website and recommendations to support a new website strategy.
• Develop website text (utilize the Division of Student Affairs writing and web guidelines) that highlights the Career Centre’s resources, strengths, qualities and values for multiple stakeholders.
• Create an information architecture that organizes content in an efficient and logical manner for target audiences.
• Design a site with more modern visuals that is fully functional and responsive in design for display across many screen sizes and devices.
• Incorporate SEO best practices to improve site visibility.
• Deploy the site alongside FSU team members in Drupal, hosts the Career Center website on the university’s Drupal platform.
