(1) Vendor needs to provide evaluation of website redesign service using content management system.
- Provide self‐represented litigants a more seamless, efficient, and meaningful navigation experience on online self‐help resources.
- Consolidating all technology services, websites, and tools into an integrated web‐based entryway a
- Installing and configuring a new CMS with a triage app and more robust search function.
- Work with to develop and conduct user surveys, along with anecdotal data, from staff members, Court‐Help staff, and clients about the usability and usefulness of the front door consolidation of technology resources and the new CMS with triage app and robust search features;
- Work with to track effectiveness of outreach activities;
- Use content subject tracking tools to monitor the use of the enhanced technology tools at MLSA, as well as internet access point tracking tools.
- Seek input and data to assess what project activities were conducted and if they were conducted as planned or changed, who conducted the activities, what resources were
used to conduct the activities and if they were sufficient, and how well users responded to the activities and results of the activities.
