Vendor needs to provide common spot support services.
- Web User Support, Web Development, Web System Administration, App Dev Development, Project Management, Enterprise Applications Service Desk, Virtual Application and Desktop Infrastructure Administration.
- The website has increased its traffic every year since implementation of the CMS, and now receives over half a billion page views a year.
- Tickets range from general how-to support requests to critical bugs in the software. EDS has a Service Desk lead who assigns tickets and makes sure they get a response in a timely manner. At times, support personnel are required to work with customers using communication methods other that the ticketing system, such as screen shares and phone calls.

● Communicating, both written and verbally, with CMS authors to troubleshoot
problems
● Support of other websites technologies as used within the NPS.gov and other NPS
maintained websites

- The contractor shall provide web development for website and associated web technologies and ensure they are developed consistent with customer requirements and all government regulations/guidelines. Solutions should use the most appropriate current technology that logically fits within the technical stack listed below.

● Enterprise service desk operations management
○ Use of enterprise service desk software for user support request tracking
○ Support request reporting and analytics to include ticket lifecycle and
systemic bug identification and solution proposal development.
○ Software bug troubleshooting to include log analytics and application code
error escalation to development teams.
● Web application troubleshooting
○ SSL encryption troubleshooting and network traffic diagnostics
○ SSL certificate installation and configuration for web hosting
○ Single-sign-on troubleshooting and authentication diagnostic analysis for
Microsoft Active Directory and Azure Active Directory
