[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide electronic document and records management system migration to SharePoint consulting services.
- This project is designed to have IT staff leading the data migration, site customization and end user training with support from subject matter experts.
- The current environment consists of approximately 100,000 files stored on premise. This data is approximately 65 GB in size and migration of this information, along with associated Metadata is highly desirable.
- Ability to search for files by file name, file contents, author, date saved or modified, location and other related meta data.
- News and Alerts displayed prominently on the landing page for key organizational news updates to be highly visible to staff as they login.
- Shortcut navigation links to frequently accessed corporate systems i.e. maintenance work orders, IT help desk, bank reconciliation, staff scheduling etc.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than December 5, 2022.
