[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide SharePoint administration and development services with supplementary information technology (IT) professional services support for Microsoft SharePoint development and administration.
- A sound Project Management approach, based on PMI principles, emphasizing clear scope and requirements, proactive risk and issue management, and predictable delivery.
- Requirements elicitation and documentation.
- Development and configuration of SharePoint solutions using .Net, C#, or other relevant web technologies. This could involve fixes or enhancements to existing applications, as well as the creation of new applications.
- SharePoint System Administration. This includes any assistance that may be required with patching and upgrades across all environments (Development, Staging, and Production)
- IT Documentation including design documentation, technical support material, user training guides
- After-Hours Support and break fix support for Production issues
- Perform possible migration from on-premises SharePoint to the Microsoft 365 cloud
- Work with the IM Division to explore opportunities to improve the value that SharePoint provides.
- Participate in periodic Disaster Recovery testing.
- SharePoint team calendars integrated via web service with absence data hosted in the Port’s HR systems
- A project management standards manual published in SharePoint with standard web pages organized around a tree view navigation control
- C# web part and web service that enable access to CRM data
- A work request workflow based on a legacy SharePoint 2010 workflow toolset
- A custom C# web part which posts maintenance service requests to VueWorks.
- Customized PMO parent site in which templated sub sites are created for authorized projects.
- Document library web part with a customized archival capability
