[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide managed hosting and support services in China for its owned website properties.
- provide the necessary servers, networks, firewalls, data storage, rack space, load balancers and infrastructure to support the hosted websites
- manage network security, access control permission, operating system patching, firmware patching and physical facility security.
- Architect and design cloud hosting solutions
- Migrate applications, services and data from one public cloud to another
- Establish and participate in Incident Management processes
- Provision, update, and manage cloud services, applications, tools, and databases
- Design, create and manage orchestration and automation processes and tools
- Perform backup and restore of servers & databases
- Provide access to Proponent’s online incident ticketing system
- Create transition plans and handover documentation and training.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 22, 2022.
