[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide website redesign and hosting services using content management system.
• Ability to embed Google calendars, with syncing in three-hour cycles.
• Display the most recent four items on the home page with a link to the full calendar.
• Ability to select “feature” items and add in a thumbnail graphic in the calendar items (through the CMS). The feature items will display on the feature section of the home page,
• Ability to have calendars inside tabs.
• Ability to embed a social media feed on home pages.
• Ability to post from division office to school websites (all or selected ones).
• Ability for schools to re-order/manage slides once the division posts them to the school sites.
• Ability to schedule an end/removal date.
• Automatic image scaling.
(2) A contract term will be for five years.
