[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide web hosting services for the website on an established third-party, separately hosted journals-publishing platform.
- platform must be able to ingest EHP production content without specific manual conversions and must offer uninterrupted access to users worldwide
- platform must be versatile enough to handle our multiple types of content (Research, News, abstracts, collections, podcasts) and our international/ translated content and should do so through a single site/platform
- service must also be robust enough to serve our users throughout the world, including those with poor or limited internet access in low- and middleincome countries
- utilize the same web hosting platform and web publication workflow for any new titles and sections
- platform capable of hosting proceedings and abstracts, in addition to the journal content, as detailed in the Proceedings and Abstracts section
- platform that allows for interface customization, as detailed in the Customizable User Interface section
- platform that supports social media integration, as detailed in the Social Media Integration section.
- ability to send out email alerts for content on the platform to alert users to new content and more
- Best-practice data archiving schemes shall be in place to ensure long-term data integrity.
- platform must at least offer buttons for users to share content and links via Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Reddit, and email, but will ideally be setup to allow users to share content via many more outlets.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 2, 2022.
(3) This bid is set aside for total small business.
