[*] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide website hosting, support and maintenance service using WordPress content management system must be compatible with browsers.
- Support to include a system that will meet or exceed 99.99% uptime
- Downtime does not include planned and communicated maintenance outages
- 10 hours minimum per month for emergency work, preventive maintenance, and annual website updates
- Ongoing services shall include bug fixes, ongoing design and development, refactoring, library, and framework updates, improving test coverage, general improvement to the website performance and behavior
- document browser support requirements, domain name expiration date, and SSL expiration date and ensure these critical resources
- review site behavior on a monthly basis on client-specified social platforms, and ensure that various OpenGraph and metadata tags are present and correct
- Review backup strategy and ensure backups are being taken as expected
- Monitor basic site performance, including disk usage space, CPU usage and memory usage.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 3, 2022.
