Vendor needs to provide library website redesign and rebrand services using content management system
- The current website was created in 2010 on a Drupal platform and is hosted on premise,
- Looking for an engaging, up to date website. The new site will be a complete redesign from the ground up and as such will include the implementation of a new CMS and new webhosting
- Seeking a new, engaging logo and brand to promote a sense of community ownership and unity. The brand should be lively and engaging, and easily used across platforms and departments from Youth Services
- The website design will provide an engaging and dynamic experience that is easy to navigate.
- The website design will be consistent and uniform.
- The website will be optimized and responsive on a wide range of devices, including desktops, tablets, and mobile phones.
- The website will feature fillable space on the homepage, and other pages where applicable, for programs and services.
- Staff members will be able to make changes to the fillable spaces.
- The website will integrate with the library’s ILS.
- The website will integrate with the library’s hosted event calendar and signup solution.
- The website will support secure proxy access and authentication to hosted e-resources
- The website will feature an integrated search bar for both the website and library catalog.
- The website will feature a library staff-only intranet.
- The website must be encrypted with a certificate, using current recommended standards.
- The website must feature analytics to capture usage statistics.
- The website must be hosted in a secure and robust cloud environment with a minimal 99.9% uptime Service Level Agreement.
- The hosting service must provide disaster recovery operations with continuous data protection to prevent data loss and ensure site continuity
