[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide new website design services using content management system
- Design and development of a new website
- website specialists to redesign the website which can integrate with our ticketing system (Audience View) for website either via API or designed using Audience View’s Content Management System
- To create a website that is visually engaging while also being extremely user friendly, reflective of the brand and accessible
- Looking for the winning tender to support the inhouse team as necessary and provide with advice on ensuring the website meets all UX requirements and be regarded as a world-class leader in website solutions in the entertainment and cultural sector
- Looking for a redesign solution that will address present and future business objectives on all the following domains:
- Commercial returns (Box Office for both in venue and broadcasts),
- Brand Awareness,
- Mission visibility,
- Fundraising
- Stakeholder communications
- Livestream & VOD technology
- Convert visits to sales
- Ensure a seamless UX experience in sales across all devices
- Engage with audiences through well displayed content
- Showcase the breadth of artistic partners who work alongside
- Increase the number of online donations
- Ensure broadcasts are positioned correctly
- A creative approach that fits with brand guidelines
- Showcase and its outputs, increasing brand reputation and awareness
- Enhance the brand as one of the leading brands in the music sector.
