[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide website design and support services using WordPress content management system must be compatible with browsers including Internet Explorer, Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Bing, Firefox, and Safari and mobile device.
- Website scalability, automation, increased user experience
- Adaptive design for desktop, mobile, tablet
- Client training
- Accommodate periodic maintenance, usage growth and sudden usage surges
- Security for both County staff and website visitors/users
- UX and design of the main website and subpages of the entire proposed website. This will include the navigation, the theme, the color scheme, font sizes, use of photo, audio and video. Design shall also consider visual interest and appeal for home page, effective use of white space, accessible navigation, and display functions. Define clear content and digital branding strategies for responsive web design.
- Redesign Park Commission Logo for website to further branding.
- Site will include implementation of tracking tools to produce user-defined site log reports. Provide a software or platform to help us measure and understand visitor behavior in order to improve web site performance and availability
- allow the website administrator to input and upload text, graphic, audio, video material and documents including, but not limited to, meeting minutes, agendas, forms, announcement, information, photo galleries, video and audio files and attachments
- website should allow the users (citizens) to register and subscribe to regular communications such as newsletter and emergency notification
- website must provide an easy way to navigate through the system and also provide keyword search to bring the citizen to the intended webpage
- access to web server must be secured with user-ID and password for the website administrator.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 24, 2022.
