[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide website services using content management system.
- Maintenance and updates of district’s websites (built on the SilverStripe CMS platform). Current sites include the main site and newly developed Invest site  
- Implementing updates of the SilverStripe content management system  
- Updating of webservers and underlying systems and technologies such as PHP.
- Assisting with developing new pages and sections, and revamping aging parts of the sites  
- Assisting with web integrations of other systems and technologies, including new online platforms being implemented  
- Flexible working relationship with services provided as needed in a timely manner  
- Working closely with district’s IT and communications teams to provide an informative, engaging, easy-to-navigate website experience.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 23, 2022

Performance of the work will be Offsite.
