[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide website development services using drupal CMS.
- Drupal content management software.
- Updating website content and theme refresh.
- Social media strategy development, including a baseline framework of graphics, photography curation, copy, and video/motion graphics.
- Seamless integration of plug-ins/add-ons like chatbot functionality.
- Understanding of diversity, health equity, inclusion and access principles, such as person-first language, alt text functionality, audio versions of some materials for hearing impaired users to maintain a consumer-friendly website as a point of information.
- Usability testing, technical and content audits to provide strategic recommendations for a more intuitive site structure and navigation.
- Video creation and revision.
- Analytics reporting for ongoing assessment and recommendations.
- Training for state office staff on maintenance and basic revisions of website and social media content.
- Contractor shall add new web pages as needed.
- Closed captioning functionality.
- Contractor shall provide a library of short clips to use on social media.
- The website shall be maintained in an open CMS environment, with overall website maintenance in collaboration with Program.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than June 24, 2022.
