(1) Vendor needs to provide website design services using content management system must be compatible with social media and mobile device.
- public facing website, ensuring that it comports with the college’s brand, key messages, and communication standards while working to develop content and functionality that promote a positive user experience and mesh with the college’s digital marketing and recruitment strategies.

- provide the critical institutional, marketing/communications, and technological expertise necessary to guide and inform the transformation of the college website into a more effective marketing and recruitment tool.
- Design site to feel credible, modern, and high in quality
- Use dynamic behaviors to enhance and guide the user experience
- Design for an open, bright, clean environment
- Enhance navigation, where applicable, with visual cues
- Use photography with a strong, authentic, diverse human element, but use less prominently for online offerings.
- Focus on the most immediately interesting, relevant, and actionable content (subordinating, relocating, or omitting other content as applicable).
- Design based on Mobile-First principles
- Optimize responsive design for all mobile breakpoints from vertical smartphone to desktop
- Ensure that impact and ability to interact with content is maximized for smartphone users without compromise, such that users can complete any critical interactivity
- Exhibit mobile influence (focused, streamlined content, bold headers, prominent CTAs, etc.) at all Breakpoints
- Create an interactive working model, highlighting key pages and components of the design.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 16, 2022.
