3. Customizable workflow creation five workflows for case management  - Cloud based database and web application accessible from cellular, WIFI or lane cable connection via chrome or edge browser on windows 10 licensing must support 20 system users.
- Mobile friendly and mobile responsible website and web app that allows users to access the web application from a windows tablet or android smartphone.
- Customizable workflow creation for case management.
- Consultation and setup for customized workflow creation
- Advanced admin training for admin to manage system after deployment and setup
- Ability to create profiles with demographic data and auto calculation fields Income, Face, Ethnicity, Birthday, Name, Client original enrollment date
- Client and public facing portal to allow client to request meetings with case workers.
- Ability to integrate with office 365 outlook calendars of system users for scheduled appointment.
- Ability to emails users with alerts regarding pending sections and past post due actions
- Ability for users’ level interactive dashboard that provide system users with summery of current case workload
- Ability to create and electronically complete legal forms
- Ability to create surveys with built in calculation that will assign a gang involvement score.
- Ability to task and email forms surveys to clients to facilities client profile creation or legal documentation.
- Data import of historical cases from system.
