- The system must be intuitive and have an ease of operation for the novice user, so as not to intimidate any of the administrative webmasters.
• Responsive design for district and individual school pages and sites
• Mobile application that pulls data directly from the website’s content management system (CMS) and is involved in overall services
• Management and updates should be user-friendly and easy to learn for district staff
• Mass notification system that demonstrates the capacity to deliver time sensitive communication for a district with over 22k contacts
• Training for communication staff and central office staff
• Web site and mass notification system training for selected staff
• Ability to create custom groups for mass notifications
• VersaTrans integrates with TylerSIS to display bus route information
• Ability to grant access to select users to update website employee groups
• Provide mobile app capabilities
