[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals

[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide digital and consumer website design strategy and implementation services Drupal content management system.
• Personalization strategy recommendation for website, including all costs and personnel needed to execute proposed recommendations.
• Landing page strategy recommendation for website including, but not limited to, a strategy for UX to encourage increased time on the site from media traffic.
• Strategy recommendation for driving repeat visitation to website.
• Migration of current Drupal 7 sites to Drupal 9 infrastructure.
• Recommendations on usage, build and strategy around potential new features like (but not limited to) the following:
o First party data capture
o Locals content hub and content integration across site
o Native Californian content hub
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 15, 2022.
(3) An intent to bid will be due on June 15, 2022.
(4) Contract term will be one year.
