[B] Scope of Service:

Vendor needs to provide a multi-phased project for a website assessment.
• Direct working knowledge with Pantheon, Drupal, Salesforce and Ascend.
• Summary documents and formal presentation (e.g., slide deck walkthrough) of current-state assessment.
• Process maps of current giving website workflows
• Assessment of security, maintenance and development procedures, vulnerabilities and current-state opportunities to employ, as needed
• Assessment of lights-on status and recommendations to maintain the current state, as needed
• Review of current-state third-party supplier support and areas for improvement
• Articulation of staffing needs and gaps
• Comparisons with peers’ giving websites (platforms, technology, approach) and staffing (roles, responsibilities)
• Examination of functionality requirements that we solicited from giving website stakeholders in early 2021
• Recommendation for how website stakeholders should be re-engaged to update their requirements
• Summary documents and formal presentation (e.g., slide deck walkthrough) of, notably including: future state plan with key recommendations, outcomes, timelines, organizational chart
• considerations, roles, responsibilities, costs and other relevant considerations
• Plan for how the current-state giving website should be maintained/prepped for an organized migration to its future state
• Estimated costs for implementation of the recommendations
• Estimated timelines for key milestones that are necessary for implementation
• Recommendations to maintain appropriate security and protection of constituent PII
• Recommendations for future-state conditions of each area of the giving site (gift transactions, information content, impact and storytelling content) and how they should function, be maintained, and integrated with the CRM
• Assessment for how related engagement functionality (email, social, texting, events, volunteering) should be integrated and aligned with future-state website requirements
• Identification of applications, platforms, and technology (e.g., Salesforce, Ascend or otherwise) to satisfy future state giving website needs
• Plan that outlines how and when the supplier would approach, action, and implement its recommendations for the future state.
