(1) Vendor needs to provide municipal website redesign and redevelopment services includes optimizing the website’s design and navigation capabilities, website layout restructuring, design and templates, content migration and optimization including recommendations for improved functionality.

▪ Browser/web rendering engine agnostic
▪ Ability for multiple users to be created with various levels of page content access or editing abilities
