[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide website development, hosting, maintenance and support services using content management system.
- The websites must reflect the dynamic nature of our learning centres and must include a strong use of image, video and text.
- The platform must be built to facilitate future growth and functionality.
- Modern, dynamic, fully responsive websites.
- The website must deliver multiple, separate layouts of content and design to different devices depending on screen size - desktop or laptop computer, tablet and smartphone.
- Provision of agreed stock images and videos.
- Websites must be viewable correctly on mobile devices, tablets and smart phones. Eg. website’s navigation, features and functionality must work well on common mobile and tablet devices.
- Content for new websites may come from existing websites. The supplier will work with the communications officer to develop and agree design, and which content, if any is to be migrated across to the new website.
- The content management system must support search engine optimisation to maximise the visibility in the major web search engines of the pages it publishes.
- Webmaster tools (eg. Google Webmaster and Bing) must be configured for the website with Google Analytics or equivalent on every page.
- The website must have a print-friendly style sheet.
- Websites must include a search facility that will allow easy access to content.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 9, 2022.
